What’s Special About this Resort
The Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos, much like other Ritz Carlton properties, is a vision of elegance and excellent service. The resort underwent a recent remodeling, elevating the ambience and luxurious feel of the property. While this hotel is not all inclusive, it is one of the most beautiful and highly rated hotels in the Caribbean, so we simply had to feature it. While you may miss the convenience of an all inclusive stay, they are able to provide more luxurious a la carte services and experiences, and you are able to spend your dollar exactly where you want to spend it.
While the Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos Hotel is not all inclusive, there are still some included perks that come with the price of your stay. Morning coffee, select water sports gear, access to spa facilities like the sauna and steam room, and more are complimentary for hotel guests.

What To Do
You can expect the usual ocean activities from the Ritz Carlton, like snorkeling, paddle boarding, or kayaking – and use of all non-motorized water sports gear is complimentary to guests. Additionally, they’re happy to loan out Hobie Cats to those with prior sailing experience.
Take one of the complimentary hotel bikes out for a spin, or better yet, ride one out to the beach with a pre-packed picnic basket for the perfect lunch rendezvous. On Thursdays and Saturdays, you can also catch free live entertainment at the Lobby Lounge. The property also houses a casino, which has all the usual games and tables, as well as Thursday, Friday and Saturday night entertainment. The casino is open every night until 3am.
The Spa at the Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos is a stunning beachside facility that provides a wide menu of wellness and beauty treatments for men and women. Treatments are a bit spendy, ranging anywhere from $100-300, but can you really put a price on self care?
The hotel features two pools on the property. The first is an adults only pool, with dreamy poolside cabanas that are available for rental from 9am – 6pm. The second pool is an interactive family pool, perfect for kids and parents.
Additionally for kids, there’s the “Ritz Kids” club, for kids ages 4-12. Every day of the week, the Ritz Carlton has various activities planned from 9am – 5pm for kids, where they can play games, sports, make arts and crafts, and maybe even learn a bit about the Turks and Caicos grounds and history. It’s fun for them, and parents have the peace of mind that their kids are in good hands.
Sailing is a huge pastime in this island town, and the Ritz Carlton offers extensive sailing lessons to anyone over the age of twelve. The course covers some basics and terminology, boat handling, and general safety practices. If you are to complete the course, there is an award ceremony held on the beach where you receive your certification.
Their Lady Grace catamaran has a well deserved reputation for providing a pampered, top of the line experiences. Cruise Turks and Caicos’ crystal turquoise waters for brunch, a snorkeling tour, or sunset cruise.
What To Eat and Drink
The Ritz Carlton is not an all-inclusive resort but still offers a la carte dining options. While all-inclusive resorts make for a seamless, convenient dining experience, they don’t always equate to the best or freshest food. Additionally, for those who have smaller appetites or don’t drink, you may be better off going a la carte instead of paying a steep all-inclusive rate that you don’t fully utilize. Here is a quick breakdown of your dining options at the Ritz Carlton or you can head out of the resort for delicious local options.
BLT Steak
The Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos is home to BLT Steak, the classic steakhouse featuring quality cuts and fresh seafood as well as frequently rotating seasonal preparations. Open for dinner 5:30 pm – 10 pm, closed Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Coralli
Coralli is a modern, open-air dining space that overlooks Grace Bay. The menu features Mediterranean and other European coastal cuisines, offering a variety of fresh selections. Open for breakfast and lunch daily from 7 am – 5 pm.
Casa Nonna
For those craving an Italian experience, there is Casa Nonna. The menu is packed with authentic flavors and quality ingredients, from their cheese to the house-made pasta. The menu is á la carte, but portions are great for family style as well. Casa Nonna is open for Dinner from 6 pm – 9:30 pm and closed Mondays and Wednesdays.
The Lobby Lounge
If you’re looking for a casual but trendy spot for dinner, The Lobby Lounge has the perfect selection of fresh sushi and cocktails. The bar is open daily from 11 am – 10 pm, with sushi service starting at noon.
