We found this to be really handy in tandem with the built in drying line for changing on-the-go. And a zip is definitely preferable to the velcro found on the Oileus X-Large Beach Tent.

The Coleman Beach Shade Canopy outperforms other beach tents and canopies in nearly every category, but the set up and tear down simply can’t compete with the ultra-convenient pop-up tents like the Outdoor Master Pop-up Beach Tent, Oileus Beach Tent, or even the Sport-Brella SuperBrella. That being said, with a little help from a friend, you could easily have this tent up in under five minutes – and all that hard work will make relaxing in your shaded oasis that much sweeter.

The Coleman Beach Shade Canopy is an overall great shade option for the beach, particularly for more rugged outings where you might expect some inclement weather. This canopy was not created with portability or convenience in mind, but we are thrilled with what it brings to the table in terms of quality and performance. We are confident we could easily depend on this tent for the next 5 summers (at least).
