With Mackinac House on Market Street, you can sit on the hotel’s porch and wave to the carriage tours that ride past. In addition, sitting on the back deck, you can hear Fort Macinac’s bugle calls. The hotel is only a few minutes from Main Street and all the island’s adventures.
Mackinac House has bike racks available if you rent one on the island or bring your own. The lobby is also a wonderful hangout for families taking a break from the island. The hotel provides a basket filled with games for you to play. They even have wine glasses if you purchase a bottle at the nearby grocery store.

Mackinac House has no restaurant on-site but provides a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. They also offer daily afternoon snacks, sweet and savory snacks with lemonade and iced tea.
