What’s Special About This Resort
The Oceans 22 Hilton Grand Vacations is a beautiful, beachfront resort located right on the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand. Here, you are walking distance from the iconic ferris wheel, broadway at the beach and a number of other experiences. This Myrtle Beach resort is for folks who value location and want to be right in the middle of the action.
This stunning, luxurious resort has two sparkling pools as well as direct beach access. They offer a state of the art fitness center, excellent dining, a functional business center, and a private lounge.
While we found this resort to be glamorous, it seemed to fall a bit short in terms of amenities and complimentary experiences for being in the luxury price point. In general, the resort is quite expensive and doesn’t include much – Continental breakfast is not included in your stay and even parking is $20/day. We would have liked to see a little more value for our money, but it is undeniably a gorgeous resort in a fabulous location.

What to Do
The Oceans 22 Hilton Grand Vacations is a pretty classic beach resort, offering all of the expected amenities with that luxurious “Hilton” touch.
Location is the main selling point of this resort, with the SkyWheel, The Palace Theatre and many other Myrtle Beach attractions well within walking distance. The proximity to the beach is equally appealing, with the indoor and outdoor pools having a direct view of the ocean. The property is simply stunning.
We were a bit disappointed to find this resort didn’t have many amenities that several others on our list boasted, like a full-service spa, an airport shuttle, golf or tennis facilities, and more. While this resort is far too luxurious and elegant to be considered “bare bones,” we still would have liked to see a bit more in terms of activities and experiences for guests.
