The DOUSSPRT Water Shoes are easily one of our top picks for water shoes on a budget. Ringing in at just $27, these water shoes bring a lot of value to the table. From top notch drainage and quick drying abilities, to overall comfort and quality, the DOUSSPRT Water Shoes are the perfect option for the pool, water park, or running around with your little ones at the beach.
The bungee closure on these shoes make for a really snug fit – better than most slip ons on our list, like the Speedo Tidal Cruisers or the Body Glove Siphons. The material around the ankle is quite soft and non abrasive, limiting rubbing and hot spots, and the insoles provide decent support for walking, or even running, short distances. These shoes are remarkably comfortable both when dry and wet, especially considering the price point.
While we love almost everything about these shoes, we were a bit disappointed by the lack of grip on the outer soles. The bottoms have a slick rubbery feel when dry, and they are frankly a bit hazardous when wet or walking on wet rocks or slippery surfaces. Falling for These Water Shoes
The DOUSSPRT Water Shoes are easily one of our new favorites this year in terms of affordability. Their supportive, perforated soles make these shoes functional on land – wet or dry. The insoles offer decent arch support, suitable for walking longer distances or engaging in light outdoor activities, while enhancing drainage efficiency and preventing water from pooling in the shoes.
We loved the additional adjustability of the bungee cinch cord closure, providing a personalized fit to keep these shoes on your feet. On the other hand, while we were fairly impressed in comfort and fit, we were a bit concerned about the outer soles. The rubber has a smooth, plastic feeling that has us worried about their ability to grip – especially when wet.

The Water Shoes feature a slip on design, but with a tight fit thanks to the supplementary bungee cinch laces. These feel far more secure than comparable slip-on water shoes, like the Speedo Tidal Cruisers or the Body Glove Siphons, as they provide a bit more adjustability to get a truly snug fit.
These shoes are also super breathable, allowing plenty of air flow to keep feet cool and comfortable throughout the day. Additionally, the shoe fits comfortably snug around the ankle, effectively keeping sand out for a comfortable beach going experience – you won’t spend any precious vacation time dumping sand out of your shoes. Overall, these shoes are extremely comfortable on the beach and on the street.

The DOUSSPRT Water Shoes are good performers, especially when considering their budget-friendly price point. For less than $30, these shoes include functional features like a perforated sole design, a breathable mesh material, and a secure, supportive fit.
