What to Do
Windjammer Landing is proud of its island and encourage guests to get out and explore all the natural beauty and outdoor recreation St. Lucia offers. The tour staff carefully selects tour experiences that are safe and well-led, from sailing to helicopter rides, jeep excursions to horseback riding. Choose from zip lining in the rain forest, taking a ride in a gondola, visiting a volcano, cycling, deep-sea fishing, dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, bird watching, golfing, and touring plantations and historic sites.
Water sports are, expectedly, a big draw at Windjammer, and most will be able to find a motorized or non-motorized activity to suit their interests. Guests have complimentary access to equipment for windsurfing, pedal boating, paddleboarding, snorkeling and kayaking. For those on the premium all-inclusive plan, they also offer kneeboarding, waterskiing and wakeboarding (there is a small fee charged if you’re not on that plan).
The resort can offer scuba courses and to those already certified, tank dives, passenger dives, night dives and more. The on-site Eastern Caribbean Diving center is an accredited PADI-certified dive center and is one of the best on the island.
Families with young children up to teenagers will find plenty of fun, well-planned activities that cater to each age group. The Jacquot Fun Club offers everything from sports to arts and crafts, while the VIP Kids Program for ages 4-12 takes things a step further with surprise visits from Jacquot the Parrot (the resort mascot), storytelling on the beach, movie nights and more. After a late night, the resort will welcome little guests back to their villa with warm milk and cookies, a teddy bear to take home and a goodnight tale from Jacquot the Parrot. Teens are invited to themed on- and off-site events in the evenings.
While the kids play, parents can slip away to the holistically minded spa, which offers a number of wellness packages and retreats, from full-moon rituals with yoga and stargazing, to couple’s massages, to detox and immunity-boosting treatments.
What to Eat & Drink
Daily breakfast is included for all guests at Windjammer Landing. For unlimited meals, beverages and snacks at these dining outlets, guests can upgrade to the premium all-inclusive package.
Four tropical bars serve refreshing cocktails just steps from the beach. 96 Degrees in the Shade, located under a tiki hut right along the shoreline, and the open-air Embers bar right on the beach, are the closest to the water.
Embers also serves as a beachfront casual-dining restaurant, serving lunch and hearty appetizers. Popular items include the jerk chicken wrap, fish tacos, Embers burger and pulled jerk pork sandwich. The Toppers Ice Cream Shack, right next door, serves locally made ice cream and sorbet.
Lively Jammer’s Bar is located in Jammer’s restaurant between the main pool area and beach and beckons guests until the wee hours for socializing and dancing to live music ranging from jazz to pop, steel pan to Caribbean soca.
Upper Deck, open for dinner only, is known throughout the island as one of St. Lucia’s best steakhouses and seafood grills. The menu features certified Angus beef and fresh seafood from an a la carte menu, with varying sauces and side dishes.
Guests can savor a taste of Italy at the hillside, open-air Papa Don’s, open for dinner only. Rustic regional dishes include Saltimbocca, chicken piccata Milanese and champagne shrimp risotto. Pasta and pasta are available, as well.

Windjammer Landing’s Mediterranean-style rooms, suites and villas blend into the hillside landscape overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Guest amenities available to all include 64,000 square feet of white-sand beach, resort-wide Wi-Fi, all-inclusive dinner options, room service, a spa and wellness center, six swimming pools, the kids club, motorized and non-motorized watersports, a fitness center, a dive site with certified dive instructors, a conference room and event space, and resort shuttle service and airport taxi transfer.
Oasis Guest Rooms: These ocean-view rooms are perfect for the couple that seeks a simple getaway and wants to spend their time out exploring the island and the resort facilities. The rooms range from 400 to 600 square feet. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer, a safe, room service, a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker and a mini fridge. Two-bedroom Oasis guest rooms are also available.
CoastlineTwo-Bedroom Suite: These larger suites offer water views and close access to resort facilities. The suites, located oceanfront or poolside, range from 1,300 to 1,400 square feet. Amenities include a balcony, pool or ocean view, kitchen facilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer, a safe, room service, a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker and a pull-out sofa. Smaller Coastline suites are also available.
Villas: The resort’s modern, elegant villas include fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes and some offer a private plunge pool. The villas can accommodate 4-12 guests and range from 1,875 to 4,200 square feet. Standard amenities in all villas include kitchen facilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer, a safe, room service, a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker. Some hilltop villas have a pool. Up to four-bedroom hilltop villas are available.
Luxury Beachfront Villas: Featuring two or three bedrooms, these elegant villas overlook Labrelotte Bay through wall-to-wall glass sliding doors and a private, waterfront terrace.
