What’s Special About This Resort
By day, the Bahamas is a picturesque paradise of white sand and blue water; by night, it’s quiet and relaxed in most places. But that’s not the case at Warwick Paradise Island or the surrounding lively area.
It has a disco club with karaoke nights, live performances, and music and dancing. Plus, it’s barely a 10-minute walk or an even quicker shuttle ride to the Atlantis Resort Casino, where all visitors are welcome. Other local bars and clubs, including those of other hotels, are also along the Paradise Island shores.
Of course, you’ll still enjoy beachside and poolside relaxation, golf, activities, and excursions during your days at this resort. This is an adults-only accommodation.
All rates at Warwick Paradise Island are all-inclusive. All dining and drinking, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, at its restaurants are included. Of course, open access to the pool and small beach area is included as well, along with resort entertainment.

What to Do
Days at Warwick Paradise Island can be spent lounging at the large, lagoon-style swimming pool, on the overwater deck, or at the small private beach in the harbor water. There’s also a fast and frequent free shuttle to Cabbage Beach – one of the area’s most famous – on the other side of Paradise Island.
The Atlantis Resort is just a 10-minute walk away, and outside guests can buy a day pass to access the awesome things to do there. Dolphin encounters, a massive waterpark, dining, and shopping are some of the things to do. They also have an awesome beach.
Visitors looking for gambling and nightlife might want to head back there after dark – there’s a free shuttle to the Atlantis Casino as well, where you can play games, drink, and listen to music. Aura Nightclub is also there and is the best place to party on the island.
There’s nighttime entertainment at Warwick as well, including a 70s-themed disco club called Junkanoo that hosts live performances, karaoke nights, cultural shows, and more. There are also games like billiards and table tennis.
What to Eat & Drink
Five restaurants and two bars are available on-site at Warwick Paradise Island. Verandah is the main restaurant, located on the breezy poolside, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cuisine is described as international, with all kinds of tastes.
Another alternative for lunch is Chickcharnie’s Pizzeria & Grille, which, besides pizza, offers salads, jerk wings, and conch fritters – all local favorites. This popular spot is also a dinner option, as well as a late-night snacking place.
There are three more rotating specialty restaurants for dinner. Abbiocco is an upscale Italian eatery, Tings on a Stick fuses local flavor with Asian dishes, and Edgewater Grill serves steak and seafood dishes on the overwater deck with great views.
In terms of drinking, Hog Bar is the daytime spot for cocktails, beers, and wines, while Rum Cay Lobby Bar takes over after sunset, remaining open late-night.
Room Guide
With just 250 guest rooms, Warwick Paradise Island is actually on the smaller side compared to other local resorts. There are just a few different room types to choose from, including one suite category.
Island View & Water View: At about 300 square feet in size and with one king or two double beds, these rooms are perfect for a couple that doesn’t need anything extravagant. There are garden, island, and some water views, although these rooms don’t have balconies. They are still modern and comfortable as a base from which to enjoy the resort and Paradise Island.
Harbour Deluxe Balcony & Harbour Premium Balcony: These have the best views of the marina and the harbor, and both come with outdoor spaces. The Premium variety is just slightly larger and has a couch, while the Deluxe version is the same size and layout as the above.
One-Bedroom Harbourfront: The top room category is about double the size of standard rooms, with a separate living room and two balconies facing the harbor. It comes with one king-sized bed, plus the sofa transforms into a double bed.
Special Experiences
Guests at Warwick Paradise Island can enjoy a relaxing day of pampering at the small and intimate Amber Spa. Private massages can be arranged at a spot called Mermaid’s Lookout with views of Nassau Harbor; salon and beauty services are available as well before going on a special night out.
If you’re planning a stay here for a honeymoon, anniversary, or other romantic occasion, there are romance packages for pre-booking, including a complimentary option. Walk into a rose petal-covered room with champagne and dessert, enjoy a private dinner, and have breakfast in your room the next morning with some of these options.
Finally, plan an excursion to one of the offshore cays near Paradise Island – especially since you’re so close to the marina at this resort. Relax on an adults-only sandbar, swim with pigs, or have a picnic on a tiny sandstrip where there’s no one else.
