Just as its name suggests, Sunset Beach, on Mana Island, is perhaps the best beach in Fiji to watch one or more of its spectacular sunsets. Mana Island might be fairly small, at less than a mile long, but it boasts three of the best beaches in Fiji. There is the quiet yet breathtaking North Beach, but for some epic sunset shots, you need to walk the short distance to Sunset Beach.
Mana Island is a fantastic place to spend a full day. There is a lagoon that is great for paddling and snorkeling. North Beach offers an easily accessible yet secluded beach feel. Then you can end your day with a perfect sunset at Sunset Beach. Located in the Mamanuca chain, Mana Island is easy to access by boat, and there are charters that do full-day trips to this island, which is a great option for those wanting more than a few hours in a remote paradise.
Things we like:
-

-
An easy to reach yet remote destination
-
This small island boasts several world-class beaches
Things we don't like:
-
With swimming pools, bars, and a spa, this island is not completely off-the-grid
-

-
It is a popular stop, so anticipate others having the same idea as you
