What To Do
From sun up to sun down, there’s plenty of relaxation to be had at Sundara Inn. Start your morning in nature with a walk on the Chakra Meditation Trail. Later, take a dip in one of the resort’s pools – grab a refreshing drink at the swim-up bar or let your troubles melt away in the indoor hot soak.
Take the pampering to a whole new level with the full-service spa menu that includes everything from hot stone massages to luxurious bath treatments. Don’t forget to give your nails some love too and check out the salon for all your manicure and pedicure needs.
Leave your phone in your room as you head to one of the many yoga sessions available on a daily basis. Take your thoughts to pen and paper in the Suvela quiet room for mindful journaling. Experience sound healing therapy as you move through all seven chakra poses in a guided class.
Room Guide
Inspired by nature, the rooms at Sundara Inn and Spa showcase a cozy, earthy aesthetic while offering many luxurious features you’d expect from a spa resort. In-room fireplaces and spa-like bathrooms are guest favorites. Keurig coffee machines and mini fridges also come standard with each room.
Choose between pool, hillside, or woodland views. Treat yourself to a room with extra luxurious bath features – such as a spa bath with hydro massage settings simulating waterfalls and brooks and rapids.
Whether you’re on a romantic getaway for two or celebrating a special occasion with your girlfriends, there’s sure to be a room fit for your needs.
Suites
There are five suite options at Sundara: Premier, Executive, Plush, Luxury, and Woodland.
The Premier and Executive suites are what you would consider the standard rooms – they accommodate up to two guests and feature a king featherbed.
The Plush and Luxury suites are larger and have additional spa bathroom features, such as multiple showers, whirlpool baths, and overflowing baths. Screened-in balconies and sunken sitting areas also give more space for relaxation.
The Woodland suites are set apart from the rest of the resort, offering more privacy and tranquillity. A private balcony surrounded by tall pines is the perfect spot to unwind or dive into a great book.
Villas
If you’re looking for something bigger, a Villa might be the direction to go in. Sleeping up to 8 people, the Villas at Sundara feature master spa suites, separate guest bedrooms, three-way fireplaces, furnished kitchens, and outdoor verandas with seating for the entire group.
Retreats
Connected to the spa by a skywalk, the Retreat Suites are a more secluded option for guests traveling in groups to enjoy. Sleeping up to six, these getaway suites feature wet bars, sitting areas, and private outdoor hot soaks with stunning forest views.
Reserves
The newest additions to the resort, the Reserve units are tucked even deeper in the woodland forest. Private spa balconies with hot soaks and cozy sitting areas with fireplaces offer the perfect sanctuary for relaxing with friends or loved ones. These suites come in double Queen accommodations.
Special Experiences
Explore the beauty of Lake Delton on a scenic pontoon cruise arranged by the resort. Visiting in the winter? Pack a pair of snowshoes or cross country skis to enjoy fresh snow and the trails at the nearby Mirror Lake State Park.
Back at the resort, experience new spa services such as the cryo t-shock and Wellsystem Wave. Designed to tone and tighten, the cryo t-shock is a non-invasive approach to body contouring and firming up loose or aging skin. The Wellsystem wave is a dry hydrojet massage system that combines heat and pressurized water to knead, rub, and press muscles to relieve tension. Coupled with aroma and sound therapy, it’s an experience that’ll leave you feeling both invigorated and relaxed.
Taking care of your body means focusing on nutrition too. Take advantage of the special classes offered at Sundara Inn – partake in a culinary demonstration, learn how to make healthy smoothies, or master the perfect cocktail.
