The Murray Hotel is on Main Street, right across from the Ferry. The convenience of the location allows visitors to rent bikes at Ryba’s bike rental, enjoy the island’s restaurants, and pick up snacks at the local market.
You can dip into the hot tub or catch rays on the sun deck. The Mackinac Art Gallery is on-site, and you get free admission with your room key. You can view art exhibits and watch live performances displaying the island’s artistic talent.
What to Eat & Drink
The Amigo Burrito is a Mexican restaurant inside the Murray Hotel that serves breakfast and lunch. They make delicious dishes from quesadillas to burrito bowls and have a variety of salsas available. You can upgrade your lunch with free chips and sodas as a guest by showing your room key.
The Murray Hotel Fudge Co. shop in the lobby is the other must-stop in the Murray Hotel. You can’t visit Mackinac Island without tasting the creamy fudge. The fudge shop offers over 40 varieties of fudge made fresh in the hotel for you to try and take home. You can try free samples, and guests are offered free homemade donuts and coffee in the morning.

Historic Two Queen Beds Standard View – This room has 2 queen beds. Keep in mind there is only a shower stall with a toilet in the bathroom. The sink is situated in the bedroom.
Historic Queens – A queen bed in the room with a sink in the bedroom, a small bathroom, and your choice of views: standard, patio, and front view. With a front view of Main Street, you can hear the crowds and horses riding by.
Deluxe King Whirlpool – The king deluxe rooms have a full-size bathroom, a whirlpool bathtub, and a standard view.
Deluxe Two Queen Beds Standard View – These standard view rooms feature two queen beds and a full-size bathroom with a vanity.
Deluxe Queens – These rooms feature a queen bed, a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower, a vanity, and your choice of standard or harbor view. The harbor view is toward Main Street, where you can hear the crowds and horses riding by.
