What to Do
Little Palm Island guests can arrive via private boat, seaplane, or car. Those who drive are greeted at the Shore Station in Little Torch Key with a welcome cocktail, Gumby Slumber, the island’s signature coconut-soaked rum cocktail, which sets the mood for the entire stay.
The ferry departs hourly from the Little Torch Key hospitality lounge.
Besides lounging on the white-sand beaches, there are plenty of activities and amenities for you to enjoy during your stay on the island. You can take a paddleboard and drift away from the shore in the afternoon, walk along the crushed seashell paths amid verdant tropical foliage and exotic wildlife, or sail to watch the sunset after a long day of fishing and diving. But that isn’t everything; you can relax by the outdoor pool sipping tropical cocktails, go snorkeling in the azure waters over a natural reef, kayak through the Great White Heron Sanctuary, or pick up the complimentary resort Hobie Cat sailboats, and four 13-foot Boston Whalers for you to take out to the nearby sandbars and reefs.
For those who want to be pampered, visit SpaTerre, the two-story atrium indoor/outdoor spa that promotes health and well-being for your mind, body, and soul. You can book a couples’ massage for the evening, a hot stone massage, an exotic Four Hands Massage, CBD treatments using luxurious macadamia nut oil and organic vanilla, and body rituals using sustainably sourced seaweed. For an additional fee, you can choose a spa package from the ones offered, like the romance package, the beauty spa package that includes a Dead Sea Salt Polish and an Ageless Rose Quartz Facial, a CBD package, and the Bride or groom package. As a guest, you can also access the fitness center to partake in yoga and paddleboard core classes.
In addition to the outdoor activities, an ideal place to relax can be found on the second floor of the Great House in the Great Room. This communal living room is comfy for reading, playing games, or relaxing on the deck to enjoy the views. The Great Room has the only television on the island if you just have to watch something.
What to Eat & Drink
The chance of you becoming fed up with the same food is extremely low – the chef and his team make sure to change things up and serve new dishes daily. The multi-course tasting menu is a normal practice at the resort, providing countless meal options in one visit. Even the pickiest eaters will find the tropical menu thrilling: spiny lobsters and chateaubriand for dinner are just as delicious as the drinks created at the poolside tiki bar are refreshing.
The Culinary Paradise Package will include daily breakfast for two, a 3-course lunch, and a 4-course dinner. Where you choose to eat is up to you. You can dine in an intimate indoor setting, or outdoor seating is available along with dreamy beachside tables under the stars. If you choose the outdoor beach setting, a dedicated waitstaff will attend to your needs.
Resort guests can eat in the main dining room daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, where you can indulge in the fresh and flavorful culinary delights that the chef sources locally for all the seafood, produce, and spices. Another option for dining is to eat poolside. Make sure to try the delicious tuna tostadas.
There is a dress code for dining. Guests are expected to wear a collared shirt for dinner, pants, or a nice pair of shorts. For lunch, polo shirts are comfortable with a nice pair of shorts. For breakfast, slightly more casual is appropriate. Ladies should wear comfortable dresses or outfits befitting the tropical environment. For lunch and breakfast, sundresses are always perfect. Jeans or beach attire should not be worn in the dining areas.
