What to Do
The main highlight on Mackinac Island is to explore the island by bike. The hotel has no bike rental, but you can reserve a bike when you book your room with the Mackinac Island Bike Shop. The hotel has bike racks; however, you will need to bring a lock. The bike shop also holds sunset bike rides that you can join.
Enjoy lounging in the hot tub or the indoor heated pool under the four-story atrium when you aren’t exploring the island. And for those needing to sit and rest their tired legs from biking all day, sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs.
