What to Eat & Drink
There are four on-site dining options within the Hyatt Regency. The diverse range of restaurants will ensure you find something that tempts your taste buds. From the stylish rooftop bar offering craft cocktails, the full-service bistro, and the grab-and-go market to the farm-to-table cuisine served at their signature restaurant, Hyatt Regency puts on a culinary showcase for you every day.
Mar | Muntanya is the place for delicious Spanish cuisine for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Inspired by the mountains and ocean of Northern Spain, the menu focuses on dishes with a Spanish flair in Salt Lake City classics. Try a Pollo Frito & Waffle with Ocho Spice Fried Chicken with Maple Syrup and Chef’s Piquillo Hot Sauce for brunch.
The lunch menu has dishes like Charred Cucumber Gazpacho, Grandma’s Garden Panzanella, and Jamon Grilled Cheese. And for dinner, order meals to share, such as Mussels a la Vasca and Iberico Pork Ribs. Reserve a private table inside one of the rooftop’s terrace globes for a special evening out.
The Salt Republic is another restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices for guests. The open kitchen lets you watch the chefs create vegan, gluten-free, and other healthy dishes in their wood-fired oven.
Lunch options to choose from range from Chilled Watermelon Gazpacho to Beyond Burger. You can eat a Grilled Steak Salad, Steamed Clams, Short Ribs, or Lobster and Prawn Scampi during dinner. You’ll walk away happy and satisfied no matter what you choose.
The Contribution Cocktail Lounge is the perfect gathering place after a busy day exploring the city’s attractions. Enjoy local craft beers, ciders, wine, and creative cocktails while munching on Charcuterie boards, white truffle popcorn, funeral potatoes, and flatbreads as you tell your friends about your day.
The Market Coffee & Fresh Goods is available 24 hours in the lobby when you need something extra. You can pick up souvenirs, local goods, or whatever you forgot at home.
