What’s Special About This Resort
There are great destinations for diving on every continent, but one body of water can consistently be found on divers’ bucket lists: the Red Sea. There are a few well-known resort towns on the Egyptian coast, like Sharm-el-Sheikh, Hurghada, and Marsa Alam – where you’ll find this all-inclusive resort, the Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort.
On shore, you’ll find luxurious accommodations, relaxing pools, and beautiful beaches. Just off the coast, some of the most healthy and vibrant reef life in the world can be explored.
All meals and most drinks will be included with your nightly rate at this all-inclusive resort. Certain alcoholic drinks may require additional payment. You’ll also have access to several pools, a stretch of private beach with a shuttle from the resort, and nightly entertainment.

What to Do
The Hilton is an oasis among the desolate desert that lines the Egyptian Red Sea coast. Four pools serve to keep you cool around the property, while Abu Dabbab Beach is just a short hike or shuttle away.
Just off its shores, a beautiful marine metropolis thrives under Abu Dabbab bay, making it a world-famous dive spot. A dive center neighbors the resort and can take you to wrecks, underwater caves, guitar shark hotspots, and even to see the endangered dugong, also known as the sea cow.
Off-property, a desert favorite is a quad safari through the dunes and rocks of the backcountry. Camel riding experiences are also a quintessentially Saharan activity available nearby.
What to Eat & Drink
The main restaurant where your day starts is Marsa, where an international breakfast buffet is laid out every morning with regional specialties. Lunch and dinner are also buffet-style here, with specialties like Mediterranean tapas, Middle Eastern mezze, and pasta.
Amasis Fish Restaurant is an elegant place to try à-la-carte catches of the day paired with fine wines. There’s also Breeze Oriental Restaurant, where you can try local items like kebab and mezze platters, and Noba, serving Italian specialties.
While down on the sand, the Coral Beach Bar is your spot for tasty cocktails and grilled bites. There are also two more bars in the main part of the resort.
Room Guide
While you’ll see 13 different categories advertised by the resort, keep in mind that Hilton separates categories by bedding configuration, so there’s really about half of that. Your choice comes down mostly to view and size preferences.
Guest Room with Garden, Pool, or Sea View: Standard rooms come with one king or two twin-sized beds and with views of the gardens, pool, or sea. Each has a private furnished balcony and all of the comfortable amenities you’d expect from the Hilton brand.
Deluxe with Garden or Sea View: The next step up adds 64 square feet (6 square meters) of space and a sofa bed. Again, bedding can be one king or two twins. Upgraded amenities include fluffy bath robes and slippers.
One-Bedroom Suite with Pool or Sea View: Suites have the most space of all, with a king-bed bedroom and a full living room. The couch can convert to a bed, and the oversized balcony has a table with chairs and an outdoor sofa.
Special Experiences
While the Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort is beautiful, the best places to find special experiences are off-property. Set up an excursion that takes you further out to sea or into the desert to really set your Egypt trip apart.
Take your family, friends, or partner on a cruise to the uninhabited Hamata Islands by tour or private charter boat for a day of tropical fun in the sun. Snorkeling and barbecue lunch on an island will make you feel like a castaway living in luxury.
Take to the desert to explore by ATV during the day, as mentioned above, or after nightfall for a stargazing experience – taking advantage of the lack of light and naturally clear skies in the desert. Many tours also include a picnic dinner.
If you don’t mind a day trip that covers some serious distance, you can arrange a private guide and driver to take you all the way to the ancient city of Luxor, where monuments and temples have survived the centuries. The Pyramids of Giza can also be visited in a day, but you’ll fly to Cairo rather than drive for this one.
Unfortunately, the Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort doesn’t have a page displaying the specifics of the all-inclusive amenities, but you can read more about dining here and activities here.
