What’s Special About This Resort
For those looking for an ultra-sleek adults-only resort in the heart of the nightlife and most stunning urban beaches, look no further than the Condado Ocean Club. This resort has everything you want from a Puerto Rico resort without the extra frills like waterparks and golf that likely don’t factor into most adults-only vacation plans.
The Condado Ocean Club is hip, sexy, and perfectly situated for adults looking to experience the beauty of Puerto Rico by day, and its alluring appeal at night. Condado is the most metropolitan and swank area of Puerto Rico and has some of the best beaches.
Enjoy views of San Juan and the turquoise sea from the infinity pool or The Sandbox, one of the casual-chic food and beverage establishments here. While there are no suites, all guest rooms are well-designed, and the resort is more affordable than the ultra-swank resorts.
Condado Ocean Club offers an adults-only, ultra-modern escape for all its hotel guests, with multiple dining options and a coveted infinity pool.

What To Do
The Condado Ocean Club is an adult sanctuary for those visiting the San Juan area looking for chic relaxation without a bunch of children everywhere. The activities, in turn, are all adult and focus more on luxurious cocktails with epic views.
You can start your day at The Social, the breakfast option on the property. The most popular activity here is the beach, which stretches on for more than a mile in this hip Condado neighborhood. You can also work off that breakfast or the fruity cocktails at the fitness center on the property.
Enjoy the sunset at the pool, or The Sandbox, before heading off the property to enjoy all the great nightlife nearby.
What To Eat & Drink
The Condado Ocean Club has three food and beverage offerings on the property. Their newest dining offering, Social, offers bistro-style breakfasts, dinner, and even late-night small plates for those who need a little something tasty later at night. The concept and menu are designed around the human desire to connect and socialize.
Later in the day, you can head to the Sandbox. This oceanfront beach bar has a relaxed chic vibe and is complete with a sandbox for dipping your toes in. You can get a glimpse of life in Condado while enjoying a sunset cocktail and light bites like sliders or crispy chicken chicharrones. The Sandbox is the perfect place to watch the sunset and then begin your nightlife adventure.
The final food and beverage offering is The Deck. This spot is the most photographed food and beverage establishment, thanks to its infinity pool and stunning ocean backdrop. This is a great place to take a selfie while sipping a tropical cocktail in a cabana or lounge chair.
Room Guide
Premium Laguna View Rooms: These rooms feature either one king or two queen beds. While a bit small at 325 square feet, the design is smart, and the furnishings are sleek and modern. The rooms feature a 55-inch Smart TV and Malin+Goetz bath products.
Premium Ocean View Rooms: This room category offers similar amenities and sizes as the Premium Laguna View option, but the main difference here is the view. Through the giant glass windows, you get uninterrupted views of the beautiful sapphire Caribbean waters.
Condado Ocean Balcony Rooms: For those looking to feel the ocean breeze late at night or first thing in the morning, a Condado Ocean Balcony room might be the perfect choice for you. These rooms are located on the third floor, which allows you to hear the waves, but high enough up to see the ocean for miles.
Each room features a 160-square-foot balcony, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine or enjoying a morning cup of Puerto Rican coffee.
Atlantic Ocean Terrace Room: This is the most premium room offering at the hotel and also the largest. The room features a king bed and small sofa, and the outside has an exclusive and private 282-square-foot balcony.
Special Experiences
While this is a smaller resort, there are a few special experiences worth checking out. Every Sunday the Condado Ocean Club offers a Prix-Fixe brunch at the Social that is worth checking out if you love a good brunch.
The iconic infinity pool and pool deck also hosts DJs several days a week. Head to The Deck to see them spinning eclectic beats – this makes for a fun day-club vibe without ever having to leave the resort.
