There are couples who will want to come to Bahia Principe Luxury Samana to simply relax in beachside bliss, while others will want to sprinkle their days with outdoor recreation or diving beneath the turquoise waves. To that end, the resort offers a balance of comfort, privacy, thrills and scenery.
When it’s time to unwind, the elegant pool and garden terrace, and the warm, sandy beach beckon. For those who want to mingle, the resort has created a number of themed events, including sunset cocktails, live music performances, regionally inspired shows and more.
The staff can arrange for horseback riding, whale watching and trips to the white sands of the famous Playa Rincón. Foodies can take a gastronomy or mixology workshop, learning how to make chocolates or cocktails. Dancing lessons in salsa, zumba, merengue and bachata are also available.

Rodizio is a Brazilian churrascaria, serving grilled meat tableside for a hearty, interactive dining experience.

Superior: These rooms feature 1 king-size canopy bed, hydromassage tub, hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, iron and ironing board, mini bar, satellite TV, safe, pillow menu upon request, butler’s menu upon request, Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, bathrobes and slippers.
Superior Sea View: These rooms are similar to the Superior rooms, except come with 2 full-size or 1 king-size canopy bed, and feature a view of Samana Bay.
Junior Suite Superior Sew View: These oceanview rooms feature 2 full-size or 1 queen bed (not canopy), the same amenities as the above categories, and the addition of evening turndown service.
