Outoria.com was started in 2009 by two brothers with a passion for scuba diving and ocean protection.

What was initially a blog about diving, grew into a lot more over the years. As we moved from just blogging and to doing reviews of scuba gear, and as more passionate people joined the team, so did the areas we cover.

Today more than 35 experts contribute to our guides and reviews!
