The Veckle Clear Fanny Pack is a see through waist bag you can take to stadiums, concerts and through security checks. The main compartment and front pocket have a single pull zipper. They run pretty smoothly, so you won’t have trouble opening and closing them.

Quality

Made with 0.6mm transparent PVC, Veckle Clear Backpack is water-resistant. Although it’s advertised as waterproof, we don’t recommend testing it out on downpours. We’ve already done that for you. The zips are not waterproof, and that’s where all the trouble happens.

When it comes to clear bags, it’s always a war between TPU and PVC. Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is more robust, lighter, and eco-friendly than polyvinyl chloride (PVC). But on the other hand, PVC is cheaper. That’s why lots of low-cost clear bags are PVC-made.

You need to be careful with the straps of this clear fanny pack model from Veckle. Many reviews complain about how they came off because the stitching lacks durability. But at the end of the day, this is not the most robust fanny pack, nor is it even remotely one of the more expensive ones.

For roughly $15, Veckle Clear Fanny Pack costs a bit more than alternative transparent hip bags. There are see through belt bags out there that are a couple of bucks cheaper with similar quality, but Veckle has a slightly better track record in terms of products sold on Amazon and satisfied customers.

But if you don’t plan to use Veckle Clear Fanny Pack harshly (ie. crazy rave), it’ll last for quite a long time.

There are no statements about sustainability projects that Veckle operates. Ranking along with companies like Waterfly and Maxtop.

Meaning, efforts by other companies with sustainability missions will face more competition over the long run unless demand for more eco-friendly items increases. That’s no good news for Patagonia and Cotopaxi.
