Join me for an exciting game of “This or That” questions. In a world that bombards us with an endless array of options, decisions are an integral part of our daily lives. But what if we could turn decision-making into a thrilling and thought-provoking adventure?
Whether you’ve experienced this game during a friendly gathering, a long road trip, or a casual conversation with friends, “This or That” is undeniably a fun way to pass time and get to know people. It possesses an innate ability to spark discussions, ignite laughter, and reveal intriguing aspects of our personalities.
So, buckle up, sharpen your decision-making skills, and let’s go on a creative exploration of the wonderful world of “This or That”!
How to Play This or That Questions?
Before anything else, there’s no hard rule on how to play this game. But, we’ll give you two of the most popular ways to do it.
The first way to play is simply giving the player two choices and letting them choose which one they prefer.
The second way of This or That is similar to the rules of the game Family Feud. The Game Master will create a poll to find out which of the choices is the most common choice among the players.
The easiest way to create this poll is through handing out a paper with the list of This or That items and the players can tick out their preferences. After that, collect the papers and sum up the results. This result will then dictate which of the options will gain a point.
For example, asking Player 1 Apple or Banana? If there are more players who chose Apple based on your survey and Player 1 said Apple, they win a point. If not, they lose. Now, players can go clockwise or counterclockwise in answering This or That while the Game Master gives the choices.
Alternatively, spin the bottle is also a fun way to determine who answers if you’re only playing to know people’s preferences. Whoever wins gets to spin the bottle and losers can take a penalty drink or snack.
The game continues until there are no This or That questions left or when everyone has already answered and asked.
