Maggie Zehring

Currently living in the desert of Arizona, Maggie does her best to get outdoors and explore the desert around her weekly.

When she’s not traipsing mountains or setting up camp in the woods with her family of five kids, she’s a freelance writer and advocate for vulnerable children in the Arizona foster care system.

Maggie has a B.A. from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and has a history of working in communications and community engagement for nonprofits and businesses.

Her interests include hiking, camping, yoga, guitar, and cooking.
