Ever since Anastasia started testing different recipes for smoothies, she’s also discovered yoga and never stopped learning more about it.

She went all-in on this health kick when getting her bachelor’s degree in the small corner of Eastern Europe, leading to her trying every yoga workout on YouTube and then some more in the local yoga studio.

Fast forward several years later, she’s an avid yoga advocate who also doesn’t mind dabbling into hiking and paddling.

When she’s not drafting an article on what’s the best yoga pose for a good night of sleep, Anastasia is packing her suitcases to backpack through a country she’s never been to before.
